Tématem mé Diplomové práce je trestná činnost páchaná prostřednictvím internetu. Práce je zpracována především z hlediska trestního práva hmotného. The topic of my Diploma Thesis is crime committed through the Internet. The thesis is processed mainly from the point of view of substantive criminal law. The theoretical part is focused on the definition of basic concepts related to the crime, forms of cyber crime, its perpetrators and victims, as well as its international legal regulations.
