Abstract:
Pracovní spokojenost není pouze předpokladem určujícím motivaci, ale je taktéž klíčovým činitelem vymezující postoj zaměstnanců ke své práci. Cílem práce je zanalyzovat pracovní spokojenost cizinců pracujících v České republice, prozkoumání faktorů ovlivňujících tuto spokojenost a následné stanovení návrhů, vedoucích ke zvýšení zjištěné spokojenosti. Job satisfaction isn’t only an assumption of motivation, but a main factor defining employees' attitudes as well. The goal of this thesis is to analyse job satisfaction of expatriates in Czech Republic, to examine factors influencing this satisfaction and also the determination of proposals leading to an increase of this satisfaction.
