Abstract:

UNGERMANNOVÁ, Petra. Řízení lidských zdrojů v hotelnictví [Diplomová práce] Vysoká škola hotelová. Praha: 2014. 87 s. Cílem diplomové práce je posouzení jednotlivých vybraných postupů, při přilákání a výběru uchazečů a také vzdělávání a motivace zaměstnanců v konkrétním hotelu a následné srovnání s odbornou literaturou. Významnost a aktuálnost tohoto tématu je dána tím, že zaměstnancům, jako lidskému faktoru, se stále přisuzuje větší důležitost. Teoretická část diplomové práce si klade za cíl seznámit čtenáře s daným tématem. Vzhledem k tomu, že téma přilákání a výběr uchazečů a samozřejmě i motivace a vzdělávání zaměstnanců je velice obsáhlé, soustředí se tato část na hlavní postupy těchto procesů a snaží se je co nejvíce zkonkretizovat pro daný hotel, ve kterém následně dochází k jejich výzkumu. V analytické části jsou popsány metody výzkumu v konkrétním hotelu a zaměřuje se na jeho charakteristiku. Dále se zabývá sběrem dat a jejich interpretace. Závěr diplomové práce obsahuje návrhy na zlepšení a výsledky výzkumu. Výsledky jsou podkladem k potvrzení či vyvrácení hypotéz, které byly autorkou sestaveny za účelem zjištění reálné situace vybraných procesů řízení lidských zdrojů v hotelnictví.

Abstract:

UNGERMANNOVÁ, Petra. Human Recources in Hospitality. [Master´s dissertation] Institute of Hospitality Management. Prague: 2014. 87 pages. The aim of this master´s dissertation is to assess individually selected practices when attracting and choosing candidates, furthermore training and motivation of employees in a particular hotel and subsequent comparison with literature specialized in the given topic. The significance and importance of this issue is given by the fact that employees, as the human factor, are increasingly considered significant. The theoretical part of the thesis targets to familiarize the reader with the topic. As the issue of attraction and selection of candidates, as well as motivation and education of employees, is very comprehensive, therefore this section focuses on the main procedures of these processes. It also tries to define them the most for the particular hotel, where the subsequent research is lead. In the analytical part, the methods of research in the particular hotel are described. Moreover this chapter focuses on its characteristics. It also deals with data collection and interpretation. The final section contains proposals to improve and research results. The results are the basis for the confirmation or disproving of hypotheses that have been compiled by the author for determining the real situation of selected processes of human resource management in the human recources in hospitality
