Tato diplomová práce je věnována rozboru právních a psychologických otázek plynoucích ze zvláštností dětských výslechů. Zabývá se vymezením jednotlivých souvisejících pojmů jako je výslech nebo výpověď, a také blíže pohlíží na konkrétní vývojová období dítěte, která jsou pro výslech relevantní. This thesis deals with an analysis of legal and psychological issues arising from the specifics of children interrogation. It is concerned with definitions of related terms such as interrogation or testimony. It also brings a closer look on certain periods of children’s development which are relevant for making a statement.
