The Influence of Contribution on Care on Life Quality of Children with Disability

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývala dětmi s tělesným a kombinovaným postižením a kvalitou jejich života. Jejím cílem bylo přiblížit čtenářům problematiku zdravotního postižení u dětí a systém péče o ně a hlavně zmapovat vliv příspěvku na kvalitu života dětí s tělesným nebo kombinovaným postižením, žijících v rodině. Práce byla rozdělena na dvě základní oblasti. První, teoretická část práce, vycházela ze studia odborné literatury. Charakterizovala cílové skupiny, její potřeby, zdroje péče a současné možnosti v nabídce sociálních služeb. Druhá, empirická část, tvořila těžiště bakalářské práce. Zjišťovala formou dotazníku poznatky o souvislosti kvality péče o dítě s postižením s poskytováním příspěvku na péči. Dalším požadavkem bylo posoudit úroveň péče o dítě v rodině a v pobytovém zařízení se zaměřením na sociální oblast. Výsledky praktické části se promítly do stanovených hypotéz. Práce je v závěru doplněna o doporučení a možná opatření uvedená do praxe dané problematiky.

Abstract:

Presented bachelor thesis was focused on children with physical and multiple disabilities and their quality of life. Its aim was to familiarize readers with the disability system of children and taking care after them. The work was divided into two main areas. The first, theoretical part, was based on the literature study. It characterized the target group's needs, resources and current treatment options in the social services. The second, empirical part, was the core of the thesis. By means of questionnaires it examined the information and knowledge needed to ensure the context of quality of disabled child care with the provision of care allowance. Another requirement was to assess the level of child care in the family and in a residential facility with a focus on the social sector. The results of the practical part partly confirmed given hypothesis. Finally, work is supplemented by recommendations and possible measures to practice of presented topic.
