Abstract:
Cílem mé práce bylo měření akutní toxicity solí těžkých kovů (síran kademnatý, chlorid kobaltnatý) a jejich binární směsi na žábronožky Artemia salina. Experimentální hodnoty účinku směsi jsem porovnávala se dvěma teoretickými odhady - modelem nezávislého působení a koncentračně-adičním modelem, které vycházejí z toxicity čistých složek směsi. Abstract:
The aim of this work was to determine the acute toxicity of two heavy metal salts (cadmium sulphate and cobalt dichloride) and their binary mixture to brine shrimp Artemia salina. Measured immobilization rates were compared to estimations calculated from toxicity of sole chemicals using the independent-action model and concentration-addition model.
