Theoretical and Practical Questions of Management of the Public Administration Property

Abstract:

The present dissertation is dedicated to “Theoretical and practical questions of management of the public administration property” (comparison the Czech Republic and France) and the main aim is the evaluation of the management with public administration’s property in field of activity – medical facilities. The first two chapters of the dissertation are concentrated on theoretical questions of the definition public administration in general and in medical facilities with the exact legacy form. In the third chapter are used case studies, which are focused on specific hospitals and their property in a sphere of possession of the property, values and volume of the property and their following management evaluation with the exact and concrete property. On the basis of the comparison between the Czech Republic and France the dissertation provides possible inspirations and proposals for improving of the medical facility’s system in a sphere of management with a property.

Abstract:

Cieľom diplomovej práce „Teoretické a praktické otázky hospodárenia s majetkom verejnej správy (komparácia ČR-Francúzsko) je zhodnotenie hospodárenia s verejným majetkom v oblasti zdravotníckych zariadení. Práca sa v prvých dvoch kapitolách zameriava na teoretické otázky definovania verejného majetku vo všeobecnosti, ako aj v zdravotníckych zariadeniach určitých právnych foriem. V tretej kapitole sú využité prípadové štúdie, ktoré sa zameriavajú na konkrétne nemocnice a ich majetok v oblasti vlastníctva majetku, hodnoty a objemu majetku, a ich následné zhodnotenie hospodárenia s týmto majetkom. Na základe komparácie medzi Českou republikou a Francúzskom práca poskytuje možné inšpirácie a návrhy na zlepšenie systému zdravotníckych zariadení v oblasti hospodárenia s majetkom.
