Abstract:
Práce se zabývá analýzou medicínských dat pomocí neuronových sítí. Konkrétně segmentací tumoru mozku, oči a mozkového kmene ze snímků z magnetické rezonance pro použití získaných kontur v radioterapii. Teoretická část obsahuje informace o strojovém učení, konvolučních neuronových sítích, jejich aplikaci a použití strojového učení v medicíně. The thesis deals with the analysis of medical data using neural networks. Specifically deals with segmentation of brain tumors, eyes, and brainstem in magnetic resonance images for further using these obtained structures in radiotherapy.
