Abstract:
Pracovněprávní vztahy prochází neustálým vývojem. Cílem práce je popsat současnou situaci v oblasti prekérního zaměstnávání, odlišit prekérní pracovněprávní vztahy od těch klasických, upozornit na nedostatky v úpravě flexibilního zaměstnávání, navrhnout její úpravu, uvést relevantní judikaturu. In the beginning, Reader is familiarized with the basic labour-law terms in order to understand Precarious Labour Relations which constitutes the core of the diploma thesis. Main goal is to describe these, differ them from standard labour model and point out weaknesses of the current legal order.
