Abstract:
Tato práce je zaměřena na optimalizaci struktury zásob a snížení jejich hodnoty na pobočce obchodní firmy Dektrade a.s. aplikováním teoretických znalostí nabytých studiem do praxe.
Abstract:
The main goal of this thesis is, based on study of logistics principles especially in materials flow area, inventory structure optimization and consequently decrease of its value in existing branch office of trading company.
