Educational counselor as part of the counseling team at the elementary school

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je svým obsahem zaměřená na výchovné poradenství, především na kompetence a náplň práce výchovného poradce a na legislativu vztahující se k postavení výchovného poradce v České republice. V teoretické části práce se seznamujeme s funkcí výchovného poradce. Věnujeme se historií, kompetencím a náplní práce. Největší pozornost je především věnována účasti výchovného poradce ve školním poradenském pracovišti. V navazující praktické části jsou sledovány faktory výchovného poradce ve výchovně-vzdělávacím procesu na základní škole. Na základě rozhovorů je studie kompetencí a kooperaci výchovného poradce s pracovníky školy a jeho spolupráce se subjekty. V závěru jsou shrnuty zjištěné informace, které potvrzují, že práce výchovného poradce je přínosná ve výchovně-vzdělávacím procesu.

Abstract:

The content of the bachelor´s thesis is focused on educational counseling, especially on the competencies and scope of work of an educational counselor and on legislation related to the position of an educational counselor and on legislation related to the position of an educational counselor in the Czech republic. In the theoretical part of work, we get acquainted with the function of an educational consultant. We focus on the history, competencies and scope of work. The greatest attention is paid mainly to the participation of the educational counselor in the school counseling workplace. In the following practical part, the factors of the educational counselor in the educational process at primary school are monitored. Based on the interviews, there is a study of the competencies and cooperation of the educational counselor with the school staff and his cooperation with the subjects. In the end, the findings are summarized, which confirm that the work of an educational counselor is benefical in the educational process.
