Abstract:

Diplomová práce s názvem "Pedagogové ve vybrané Montessori škole: Jejich aspirace a motivace" zkoumá životní příběhy pedagogů a jejich přístup k výuce. Práce je rozdělena do teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část se skládá ze čtyř kapitol. První kapitola se zaměřuje na tradiční pedagogiku a její vliv na současné školství, přičemž jsou popsány dva problematické modely a jejich příčiny. Druhá kapitola se zabývá komplexním pochopením Montessori pedagogiky. Třetí kapitola analyzuje přístup Montessori pedagogů a čtvrtá kapitola se věnuje aspiracím a motivacím v kontextu sociálně-pedagogického prostředí. Cílem výzkumu je odhalit životní příběhy pedagogů a zjistit, jak jejich životní zkušenosti ovlivňují rozhodnutí věnovat se výuce metodou Montessori. Zdrojem dat pro výzkum byly narativní rozhovory a jako výzkumnou metodu jsme použili narativní analýzu.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis entitled "Teachers in a selected Montessori school: Their aspirations and motivation" explores the life stories of pedagogues and their approach to teaching. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part consists of four chapters. The first chapter focuses on traditional pedagogy and its influence on contemporary education, while two problematic models and their causes are described. The second chapter deals with a comprehensive understanding of Montessori pedagogy. The third chapter analyses the approach of Montessori educators and the fourth chapter looks at aspirations and motivations in the context of the social pedagogical environment. The aim of the research is to uncover the life stories of the educators and to find out how their life experiences influence their decision to pursue Montessori teaching. The data source for research was narrative interviews, and as a research method we used a narrative analysis.
