Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na šikanu pedagogů působící na prvním stupni základních škol. Práce pojednává o osobnosti pedagoga, o šikaně, která je chorobou lidstva, jíž zažil skoro každý z nás a je zde o ní pojednáváno jak komplexně, tak i se zaměřením na různé druhy, konkrétně se tedy jedná o kyberšikanu, mobbing a šikanu učitelů. Následuje pak náprava a prevence šikany. Cíleně se orientuji na pedagogy hlavně na prvním stupni a jejich životní příběhy se zaměřením na šikanu, kterou sami zažili na vlastní kůži. Prostřednictvím kazuistik a kvalitativního výzkumu, který jsem udělala jednou v rámci osobní anamnézy a jednou jako interview se zaměřením na šikanu, jsem chtěla ilustrovat, že už i u kantorů na prvním stupni se šikana na jejich osobě vyskytuje, vůbec ne ojediněle a že jejich práce není vůbec tak psychicky jednoduchá, jak by se na první pohled mohlo zdát. Chci také poukázat na fakt, že se učitelé bojí svěřit s tím, že byli obětí šikany a že byť by se to mohlo zdát, náš systém není vůbec kvalitně nastaven pro ochranu učitele. Vytyčila jsem si tyto čtyři cíle: 1.Popsat výskyt šikany na pedagozích prvního stupně. 2.Popsat projevy šikanování učitelů na 1. stupni základních škol. 3.Zjistit možné příčiny vzniku šikanování, délku trvání a následky. 4.Popsat návrhy na nápravu stavu po šikanování a systém preventivních opatření proti šikanování.

Abstract:

his thesis is focused on the bullying of teachers working at the first level of primary schools. The work deals with the personality of the pedagogue, about bullying, which is the disease of mankind, experienced by almost every one of us and it is discussed here both complexly and with a focus on different kinds of bullying, especiaally cyberbullying, mobbing and teacher bullying. Then there is the correction and prevention of bullying. I focus on the first level pedagogues and their life stories, focusing on the bullying that they experienced on their own. Through casuistry and qualitative research and I made once in my personal anamnesy and once as a bullying interview, I wanted to illustrate that already with the first-degree cantors, bullying on their person occurs, not at all rarely, and that their work isn´t at all so mentally simple, as it might seem at first glance. I also want to point out that teachers are afraid to be confused with the fact that they have been victims of bullying and that, even though it may seem, our system isn´t set up to protect the teacher at all. I set out four goals, namely: 1. Explore the occurrence of bullying at first grade pedagogues. 2. Describe the bullying of teachers at elementary school level. 3. Identify possible causes of bullying, length, duration and consequences. 4. Describe suggestions for remedying the situation after bullying and a system of preventive measures against bullying.
