The main aim of this thesis is to compare the state of development in the field of eGovernment in the Czech Republic and EU member state, selected by method which suits most to given purpose. Criteria for EU member state selection ensures, that such state belongs to the group of the most developed states within EU in the eGovernment services implementation.
