The Management of the Immovable Property of the Statutory City of the Hradec Králové

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na správu bytového a nebytového fondu statutárního města Hradec Králové. Cílem práce je zhodnotit hospodaření s majetkem ve správě nemovitostí ve statutárním městě Hradec Králové. Teoretická část se věnuje vymezení právní úpravy správy majetku obce, následující část popisuje organizační strukturu statutárního města Hradec Králové, rovněž bytový a nebytový fond, jehož je vlastníkem. Empirická část pojednává o Správě nemovitosti Hradec Králové, příspěvková organizace, analyzuje a srovnává nejen výsledky hospodaření, ale i vymáhání pohledávek vzniklé ze správy bytového a nebytového fondu statutárního města Hradec Králové v letech 2016-2021. Ke zpracování jsou využívána sekundární data z výročních zpráv a informačního portálu Ministerstva financí Monitor, vnitřních materiálů statutárního města Hradec Králové. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny návrhy řešení za účelem zlepšení správy majetku.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is focused on the management of the residential and non-residential fund of the statutory city of the Hradec Králové. The aim of thesis is to evaluate property management in real estate management in the statutory city of the Hradec Králové. The theoretical part deals with the demarcation of the legal regulation of the legal regulation of municipal property management, the following part describes the organizational structure of the statutory city of the Hradec Králové, as well as residential and non-residential fund, it owns. The empiric part deals with The property management Hradec Králové, contributory organization, analyzes and compares not only the economic results, but also the debt collection arising from the management of the residential and non-residential fund of the statutory city of the Hradec Králové during years 2016-2021. Secondary data from the annual reports and the information portal of the Ministry of Finance Monitor, internal materials of the statutory city of the Hradec Králové are used for this thesis. The last part of the thesis are proposed solutions to improve asset management.
