Abstract:
Práce pojednává o oběti trestného činu a její ochraně. Přičemž první část práce je věnována oběti z hlediska viktimologicekého. Je zde vymezeno kdo je oběť, popsán proces viktimizace a její následky, druhy újmy a role oběti v samotném trestném činu. Druhá část práce se věnuje zákonům na ochranu oběti a zákonům, v kterých jsou upravena procesní práva poškozeného. Dále je zde popsán zákon č. 45/2013 …more

Thesis deals with victims of crime and its protection. While the first part is devoted to the victims in terms of viktimology. Definy who the victim is, described the process of victimization and its consequences, types of injury and the role of victims in the criminal act itself.
