Bakalářská práce má název Rozvoj silových schopností mládeže u hráčů ledního hokeje s využitím specifických cvičení. Hlavním cílem práce je sestavení vzorového zásobníku cvičení vhodných pro posílení nejvíce zatěžovaných svalových skupin při ledním hokeji pro kategorii mladšího dorostu. Thesis name is Development of power abilities of youth ice hockey players with using of specific exercises. Main goal of the work is a compilation of sample system of exercises which are suitable for strengthening the most used muscles while playing ice-hockey for category younger adolescents .
