Abstract:
Bakalářská práce zpracovává téma tvorby globální strategie podniku. V práci je shrnuta teorie zabývající se tvorbou globální strategie, a její porovnání s praktickým nasazením strategie na konkrétním podniku. V práci jsou formulovány podnikové cíle a k nim je vytvořena globální strategie. Dále práce zpracovává plán transformace a přehled programů rozvoje. Návrh strategie je vytvořen pro společnost …more
