First Aid from the Perspective of Students and Teachers at the Second Grade of Primary School with taking into account the fieldwork

Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce je výzkum zabývající se první pomoci a důležitostí jejího zařazení do vzdělávání, a to v souvislosti s pedagogickou činností. Současně je práce zaměřena na specifika první pomoci v terénní výuce. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou, empirickou a didaktickou. V teoretické části jsou nastíněny základní poznatky o první pomoci. Zároveň je poskytován vhled do rozvoje a inovací ve vzdělávání v oblasti první pomoci. V empirické části je zkoumán vztah studentů a učitelů k první pomoci. Zajímá nás, jak první pomoc vnímají, jak je pro ně důležitá a zejména jak funguje a jak se na školách učí. Výzkum byl prováděn standardní kvantitativní metodou – dotazníkové šetření. V závěru diplomové práce jsou shrnuty výsledky výzkumu a zodpovězeny hlavní i vedlejší výzkumné otázky. Obsahem didaktické části práce jsou kompletní návrhy hodin a vytvořené didaktické materiály pro žáky druhého stupně ZŠ, ve kterých jsou zohledněny výsledky výzkumu. Ke konci didaktické části práce předkládá další doporučení týkající se první pomoci.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with first aid and the importance of its inclusion in education, in connection with pedagogical activities. At the same time, the work is focused on the specifics of first aid in field teaching. The thesis is divided into three parts: theoretical, empirical and didactic part. The theoretical part of the thesis outlines and introduces the basic knowledge about first aid. At the same time, insight into the development and innovation in first aid education is provided. The empirical part examines the relationship of students and teachers to first aid. We are interested in, how they perceive first aid, how important it is for them and especially how it works and how is taught in schools. The research was carried out using a standard quantitative method – a questionnaire survey. The conclusion of the diploma thesis the results of the research are summarized and the main and secondary research questions are answered. The content of the didactic part of the theses are complete lesson designs and created didactic materials for elementary school pupils, in which the research results are taken into account. Towards the end of the didactic part of the thesis, is presented further recommendations concerning first aid.
