Anti-Nazi Resistance in the Regions of Blansko and Boskovice, 1939-1945

Abstract:

Tato magisterská práce se zabývá protinacistickou rezistencí v oblasti bývalého politického okresu Boskovice v letech 1939‒1945. Tedy v období druhé světové války a nedobrovolného zřízení Protektorátu Čechy a Morava nad československým, respektive jen českým územím. Práce je zaměřena na genezi jednotlivých odbojových organizací působících v této oblasti, vedoucí partyzánský způsob boje, tedy záškodnické války v týlu nepřítele, dále také na protipartyzánskou činnost nacistického i protektorátního bezpečnostního aparátu a jejich operací, které zde probíhaly.

Abstract:

This Master´s thesis deals with the anti-Nazi resistance in the region of the former political district Boskovice in the years 1939‒1945. It means the period of the second World War and involuntary establishment of the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia over Czechoslovak or more precisely Czech territory. The work focuses on genesis of the particular local resistance organizations, which operated in this region and lead the guerilla warfare, it means sabotage in the rear of the enemy. It also focuses on the anti-guerilla activites of the Nazi and Protectorate security apparatus and their operations, that took place here.
