Anotácia:

Diplomová práce se zabývá vraždami dítěte projednávanými krajskými soudy Brno a Jihlava na přelomu 19. a 20. století. Rozborem trestních spisů se snaží odhalit motivace pachatelů a pachatelek a jejich sociální zázemí. Dále sleduje průběh vyšetřování a soudního přelíčení až po vynesení rozsudku. Poskytuje také statistiky kriminality konce 19. a začátku 20. století v českých zemích.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the murders of the child, that took place in the district of the regional courts Brno and Jihlava at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. The analysis of criminal records tries to reveal the motivation of male and female offenders and their social background. It also follows the course of the investigation and the court hearing until the adjudgment. Thesis provides crime statistics of the late 19th and early 20th centuries in the Czech lands as well.
