Anotace:

The presented thesis will be focused on Management of Innovations in selected company XX. Theoretical part will outline the general terms related to Key Factors of Innovation Management and it is evolved through years based on the literature review. The main problems within the topic will be analyzed on the example of the selected company: its characteristic and management structure, innovation strategy, which involves the process of managing an organization`s innovation procedure, starting at the initial stage of ideation, to its final stage of successful implementation. Based on company`s analysis will be brought forward suggestions in order to improve company`s innovation strategy and implementation process of innovation management.
