Possibilities complex care of people dependent on pervitin (methamphetamine)

Abstract:

Anotace Diplomová práce se v teoretické části zabývá problematikou závislosti jako takové a problematikou závislosti na pervitinu. Charakterizuje hlavní znaky závislosti na pervitinu a současně vypovídá o existenci určitých specifik, které napomáhají při péči a při zařazování jedince závislého na pervitinu zpět do společnosti. Praktickou část diplomové práce Tvoří analýza současných diagnostických metod a postupů, které napomáhají řešit problémy spojené se závislostí na pervitinu. Pro názornost jsou zařazeny tři kazuistické studie jedinců závislých na pervitinu. Východiskem pro cíl diplomové práce byla současná situace v oblasti závislosti na pervitinu v prostředí autorčina bydliště. Téma diplomové práce autorka zvolila z důvodu toho, že se tato oblast dotýká nás všech a stala se již vážným společenským problémem. Výzkumným šetřením na malém výzkumném vzorku bylo zjištěno, jak se dotazovaní informanti závislí na pervitinu staví k problematice závislosti, a jakým způsobem se mohou znovu zařadit do plnohodnotného života. Dále autorka chtěla ve výzkumném šetření poukázat na různé postoje rodičů, lékařů, terapeutů, pedagogů, ale i společnosti k problematice závislosti na pervitinu. Hlavním cílem praktické části diplomové práce bylo shrnout poznatky o možnostech řešení problematiky závislosti na pervitinu na základě konkrétních případů z praxe.

Abstract:

Annotation The thesis in theoretical part deals with problems of addiction and problems such as addiction to methamphetamine. Describes the main features of addiction to methamphetamine and also speaks about the existence of certain specific features which help in caring for the classification of a methamphetamine addict back into society. The practical part is an analysis of current diagnostic methods and practices which help to solve the problems associated with addiction to methamphetamine. For convenience, the included Three case studies of individuals addicted to methamphetamine. The starting point for the objective of the thesis was the current situation in the field of addiction to methamphetamine in an author's residence. Thesis Theme author chosen due to the fact that this region affects us all and has become a serious social problem. Research survey on a small sample size, it was found to be questioned informanté addicted to methamphetamine puts the issue of addiction, and how they can re-enter a full life. The author would like to point to a survey on the different attitudes of parents, doctors, therapists, teachers, but also companies on the issue of addiction to methamphetamine. The main aim of the practical part of the thesis was to summarize the knowledge about the solution of addiction to methamphetamine on the basis of concrete examples from practice.
