Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou správního uvážení a neurčitých právních pojmů. This thesis deals with the issue of administrative discretion and uncertain legal terms. Both institutes are firstly characterized in general (theoretical) level andthen further specified separately in each individual chapters which represent a crucial part of my dissertation.
