Analysis of personal activities in a self-managing organization – case study

Abstract:

Cílem této diplomové práce je analyzování silných a slabých stránek personálních činností ve vybrané samořídící organizaci a v návaznosti na to formulování doporučení, které lze aplikovat na danou organizaci. Vzhledem k tomu, že samořídící organizace jsou, co do míry výskytu, vzácné v České republice i v zahraničí, je možné považovat za velice přínosnou i tuto diplomovou práci, jejímž záměrem je sestavení případové studie jako takové. Z pohledu personalistiky jsou přidanou hodnotou popsané způsoby, jakými jsou personalistické činnosti v takto specifické organizaci naplňovány. Z hlediska metodologie se jedná o kvalitativní výzkum. Jako metoda sběru dat jsou využity polostrukturované rozhovory a analýza dokumentů. Pro výzkum jsou osloveni členové organizace v různých rolích, vybráni náhodným výběrem. Výsledky diplomové práce mají praktické uplatnění pro danou organizaci.

Abstract:

The goal of this diploma thesis is to analyze the hard and soft skills of human resources activities in a chosen self-managing organization and to formulate a recommendation for the company. Since self-managing organizations are very uncommon in the Czech Republic and abroad, this diploma thesis can be highly beneficial due to the intention to process the output of the thesis as a case study. From the point of view of human resources, the added value is the described methods in which human resources activities are fulfilled in this special type of organization. In terms of methodology, it is a quality research. As a method of data collection, semi-structured interviews and document analysis are used. For the research, members of the organization working in different roles have been selected randomly. The results of this diploma thesis have a practical application for the given organization.
