Frequency and Manifests of Burnout Syndrom by Employees at Costumer Service Information Phone Line
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá syndromem vyhoření u osob pracujících na call centru jako operátoři informační telefonní linky. První část popisuje základní pojmy a charakteristiky syndromu vyhoření. Výzkumná část je zaměřená na výskyt syndormu vyhoření u operátorů pracujících na informační telefonní lince a jeho vybrané projevy v mezích daného prostředí.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with the burnout syndrome of people working in call centre as operatores of information phone line. Some basic therms and characteristics of burnout syndrome are descirbed in the first part. The research is focused on the incidency of the burnout by operators working on information phone line within the frame of call centre in The Czech Republic, an its prevention.
