The Factors that hinder or support increasing of employability of graduates in the selected program from the standpoint of its implementers

Abstract:

Předkládaná práce, jejíž název zní: Faktory, které brání nebo podporují zvýšení zaměstnatelnosti absolventů ve vybraném programu z hlediska jeho realizátorů, se zabývá působením implementačních faktorů a faktorů na straně absolventů ve vybraném projektu na zvýšení zaměstnatelnosti absolventů. Zda tyto faktory brání nebo podporují, zaměstnatelnost absolventů posuzují realizátoři programu. Naše výzkumná otázka tedy byla formulována takto: Co bránilo nebo podporovalo ve vybraném programu z hlediska jeho realizátorů zvýšení zaměstnatelnosti absolventů? V úvodu jsme si vymezili cíl práce, v teoretické části jsme se zabývali postavením absolventů škol na trhu práce a konceptem zaměstnatelnosti a jeho dimenzemi. Dále jsme v této části charakterizovali aktivní politiku zaměstnanosti a její nástroje, zejména jsme věnovali pozornost programům na řešení zaměstnanosti. Empirická část práce se opírá o analýzu polostandardizovaných rozhovorů s realizátory programu ve vybraném kraji. V závěru jsme zodpověděli hlavní výzkumnou otázku a vytvořili jsme určitá doporučení.

Abstract:

The presented work, whose title reads: The factors that hinder or support increasing of employability of graduates in the selected program from the standpoint of its implementers, deals with the effects of implementation factors and factors on the side of graduates in the selected project to increase the employability of graduates. Whether these factors impede or enhance the employability of graduates, assess program implementers. Our research question was formulated as follows: What prevented or supported the increase of employability of graduates in the selected program in standpoint of its implementers? In the introduction we outlined the aim, in the theoretical part we examined the status of graduates in the labour market and the concept of employability and its dimensions. Furthermore, we characterize this part of active employment policy and its instruments, in particular, we paid attention to the programs dealing with employment. The research is based on the analysis of semi-structured interviews with program implementers in the selected region. In conclusion, we answered the main research question and we created some recommendations.
