Health and Social worker from the perspective of other health care professions

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá sociální prací ve zdravotnickém zařízení. Cílem bylo zjistit, jak na předem vybraných odděleních nemocnice probíhá spolupráce lékařů a všeobecných sester se zdravotně-sociální pracovnicí a jak jsou lékaři a všeobecné sestry seznámeni s profesí zdravotně-sociální pracovník. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části - teoretická část a výzkumná část. V teoretické části najdeme vysvětlení základních pojmů, vývoj sociální práce a seznámení s profesí zdravotně-sociální pracovník a poslední kapitola teoretické části se zaměřuje na spolupráci ve zdravotnickém týmu. Ve výzkumné části jsou rozebírána a hodnocena data získaná z dotazníkového šetření a jsou doplněna o rozhovor se zdravotně-sociální pracovnicí v nemocnici, kde byl prováděn výzkum.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with social work in the hospital. The aim was to find out how the doctors and nurses cooperate with the Health and Social worker at the pre-selected departments of the hospital and how doctors and nurses are acquainted with the profession of Health and Social worker. The thesis is divided into two parts - the theoretical part and the research part. In the theoretical part we find the explanation of the basic concepts, the development of social work and familiarization with the profession of Health and Social worker. The last chapter of the theoretical part focuses on cooperation in the medical team. Research part analyses and evaluates the data obtained from the questionnaire survey and is supplemented with an interview with a Health and Social worker in the hospital where the survey was conducted.
