Abstract:
Práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí. Úvodní část zahrnuje teoretický přehled poznatků o infarktu myokardu – etiologii, patofyziologii, anatomii, diagnostické a terapeutické postupy včetně ucelené léčebné rehabilitace. Praktická část (kazuistika) popisuje konkrétní vyšetřovací metody a rehabilitační péči u pacienta po infarktu myokardu, na které se autor částečně podílel.
Abstract:
This thesis is divided into two main parts, an introductory part and a practical part (casuistic). The introductory part is revolving around the theoretical review on the etiology, pathophysiology, anatomy, diagnostic procedures and therapeutic procedures of cardiovascular diseases and mostly myocardial infarction with the rehabilitation procedures after the treatment.
