Diplomová práce je rozdělená do dvou částí, zahajovací teoretická část se zabývá tématem interní komunikace, jejími přínosy a důležitostí v organizačních uskupeních, zejména pak v organizaci typu sportovním klubu. The diploma thesis is divided into two main parts. First, the theoretical part reveals a subject of the internal communications and its importance to the organization structures, and more specifically to the sports clubs.
