Vstup podniku na zahraniční trh

Entering of the company on the foreign market
Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na vytvoření návrhu možného vstupu malého podniku ALFAMOBIL 1800 s.r.o. na slovenský trh. Mezi hlavní části diplomové práce patří teoretická východiska a možnosti vstupu na zahraniční trh, dále analýza problému současné situace v podniku a v závěru práce konkrétní návrh řešení vstupu na slovenský trh a jeho zhodnocení.
Abstract:
The thesis is focused on create proposal entry of small company ALFAMOBIL 1800 s.ro. to the Slovak market. The main part of the thesis include the theoretical background and the possibilities of entering to foreign market, then analysis problem of the current situation in the company and in the end specific proposal solution entering to the Slovak market and his evaluation.
