Progressive forms of social and work motivation of employees
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce "Progresivní formy sociální a pracovní motivace zaměstnanců" je věnována motivaci zaměstnanců a jejím moderním přístupům. Cílem práce je vysvětlit pojmy týkající se pracovní motivace a provést analýzu motivace se zaměřením na výkon ve vybraném podniku. Poté zhodnotit situaci a navrhnout doporučení.
Abstract:
Bachelor's thesis "Progressive forms of social and work motivation of employees" deals with motivation of employees and its modern approaches. The aim of the work is to explain con-cepts related to motivation and to analyze motivation with a focus on performance in a select-ed company. Then evaluate the situation and propose recommendations.
