Anotácia:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je popsat změny, ke kterým dochází v souvislosti s otevřeným přístupem v akademickém a vědeckém publikování. V úvodu práce jsou definovány termíny vědecká komunikace a otevřený přístup (Open Access) a popsána jejich historie a vývoj. Hlavní část práce je zaměřena na problematiku otevřených časopisů a současné trendy v publikování vědeckých časopisů, které souvisí se změnami v celkovém charakteru, ekonomice i politice vědeckého publikování. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována recenznímu řízení a jeho novým modelům.

Abstract:

The goal of the bachelor thesis is to describe the changes in the scholarly publishing in connection with the Open Access. In the beginning of the work the terms “scientific communication” and “Open Access” are defined and its history and development is described. The main part of the work is focused on the Open Access Journals and the current trends in the publishing of the scientific journals that are related to the changes in the overall character, economics and politics of the scientific publishing. The special attention is paid to the peer review and its new models.
