This paper focuses at a course of securities brokerage primarily in Czech Republic, where the arrangement is strongly influenced by the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive by European Parliament and European council from 20th April 2004 and the Capital market business law, which was accepted in coherence with an entrance of Czech Republic into EU.
