ANALYSIS OF THE APPLICABILITY OF THE CZECH SICKNESS INSURANCE SYSTEM IN THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM (2020)

Abstract:

Hlavním cílem dané bakalářské práce je analýza a následný návrh na zavedení alternativního nemocenského pojištění ve Vietnamské socialistické republice. Hlavními metodami jsou komparace, analýza a aplikace českého nemocenského pojištění v Česku a ve Vietnamu. V teoretické části jsou popsány jak základy teorií sociálního zabezpečení s důrazem na nemocenské pojištění, tak je zde popsán historický vývoj sociálních pojištění v jednotlivých zkoumaných zemích. Dále jsou popsány aktuální systémy nemocenského pojištění ČR a Vietnam. V praktické části dojde k podrobné komparaci těchto dvou zdravotních systémů a získané výsledky budou využity k aplikování českého systému pojištění ve Vietnamské socialistické republice. V této bakalářské práci se konkrétně zaměřuji na aplikace dvou nejdůležitějších dávek, těmi jsou peněžitá pomoc v mateřství a nemocenského. Součástí práce je výzkum, z něhož vyplývá, jak dopadá tato aplikace na obyvatelstvo a zda tato vylepšení povedou ke zvýšení životní úrovně a ke snížení chudoby střední/nižší příjmové třídy, aniž by zatěžovala státní rozpočet. V závěru práce je shrnutí všech zjištěných informací a doporučení, zda by měla Vietnamská socialistická republika aplikovat český systém nemocenského pojištění.

Abstract:

The main goal of the bachelor thesis is the analysis and subsequent proposal for the introduction of alternative sickness insurance in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. The main methods are comparison, analysis and application of Czech health insurance in the Czech Republic and Vietnam. The theoretical part describes both the basics of social security theories with an emphasis on sickness insurance, and describes the historical development of social insurance in each of the countries studied. The current sickness insurance systems of the Czech Republic and Vietnam are also described. In the practical part, there will be a detailed comparison of these two sickness systems and the results will be used to apply the Czech insurance system in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. In this bachelor's thesis, I specifically focus on the application of the two most important benefits, which are financial assistance in maternity and sickness benefits. Part of the work is research, which shows how this application affects the population and whether these improvements will lead to an increase in living standards and reduce poverty in the middle / lower income class without burdening the state budget. At the end of the thesis is a summary of all the information obtained and recommendations as to whether the Socialist Republic of Vietnam should apply the Czech sickness insurance system.
