Strategy and investment in electromobility in the conditions of the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Práce identifikuje hranici rentability, ve které dochází kbodu zlomu a investice do elektromobilu se pro fyzickou osobu v podmínkách České republiky stává výhodná. Současně poskytuje návrh investičních podmínek do elektromobility. Následně práce hodnotí socioekonomický dopad a složitost technického vybavení na zákazníka (domácí nabíjení, wallbox) a zabývá se otázkou podmínek konkurenceschopnosti elektromobility. Jako základní podklad k dosáhnutí cíle jsou použity nákladové křivky, které stanovují bod zvratu. Následně dochází ke stanovení nákladových toků a výpočtu návratnosti investice do elektrického vozidla v podobě ukazatelů ROI a PP. Přínosem práce je stanovení podmínek konkurenceschopnosti EV v podmínkách ČR a identifikace časové hranice pro různé třídy vozidel SUV, od které začíná být investice do EV pro českého zákazníka výhodnější než investice do ICE vozidla.

Abstract:

The thesis identifies the profitability limit at which a break-even point occurs and an investment in EV becomes profitable for a regular person in the conditions of the Czech Republic. At the same time, it provides a proposal for investment conditions to electromobility. Subsequently, the thesis evaluates the socio-economic impact and complexity of technical equipment on a customer (home charging, wallbox) and deals with the issue of the conditions of competitiveness of electromobility. Cost curves that determine the break-even point are used as a basis for achieving the goal. Subsequently, cost flows are determined and the return on investment in an electric vehicle is calculated with the help of ROI and PP indicators. The contribution of the work is the determination of the conditions of competitiveness of EVs in the conditions of the Czech Republic and the identification of the time limit for various classes of SUV vehicles, from which an investment in an EV starts to be more advantageous for the Czech customer than an investment in an ICE vehicle.
