Práce se soustřeďuje na obecnou charakteristiku personalistiky v podnicích SMEs. Main topic of this thesis is characterization of human resources in SMEs companies. Based on basic characterictics an analysis in two chosen companies was conducted on following main topics - finding candidates, choosing the right candidate and adaptation of employees.
