Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá zkušenostmi a postoji studentů oboru zdravotnický záchranář k agresi pacientů. V teoretické části je popsána agresivita a agrese, její druhy, příčiny vzniku vůči zdravotnickým záchranářům, metody zvládání, ale i neprofesionální chování členů zdravotnické záchranné služby. This paper explores the experiences and attitudes of paramedic students towards patient aggression.
