Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na projekt OnStage a metodu El Sistema, kterou tento projekt přejal. V práci se zkoumá, jak jsou v rámci projektu rozvíjeny sociální kompetence skrze orchestrální hru, zejména v oblasti spolupráce a seberegulace, pomocí výzkumné metody situační analýzy. Sekundárním cílem práce je také zjistit vztah mezi atmosférou školy a průběhem projektu, který se koná v jejích prostorách. Metodologická část práce se soustředí na potenciál projektu rozvíjet hudebnost a hru na hudební nástroj pomocí skupinové výuky. Teoretická část poté rozvíjí hlavní i sekundární témata vycházející z analýzy jako jsou definice sociálních kompetencí, pojem sociální znevýhodnění, postavení romské kultury v české společnosti a role hudby jakožto společenského fenoménu.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is focused on the OnStage project and the El Sistema method as its part. The work investigates how the project develops social competences through orchestral playing, mostly in the area of cooperation and selfregulation. For the research method was used the situational analysis. A secondary aim of the thesis is also to establish the relationship between the atmosphere of the school and the course of the project taking place on its grounds. The methodological part is concentrating on the potential of the project to grow musicality and an instrument playing through group teaching. The theoretical part then develops the main and secondary themes of the analysis, such as the definition of social competences, the concept of social disadvantage, the position of Romani culture in the Czech society and the role of music as a social phenomenon.
