Diplomová práce se zabývá úrovní čtenářské gramotnosti žáků 5. ročníku ZŠ na začátku školního roku. V teoretické části této práce jsou shrnuta teoretická východiska nutná pro vymezení problematiky čtenářské gramotnosti žáků prvního stupně ZŠ a přiblížena mezinárodní výzkumná šetření PISA a PIRLS zjišťující úroveň čtenářské gramotnosti žáků prvního i druhého stupně ZŠ. This diploma thesis focuses on reading literacy levels of fifth grade pupils on primary school at the beginning of the school year.
