Accounting and tax impacts of asset depreciation of water supplying objects

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na účetní a daňové odpisování vodárenských objektů. V první části je provedeno vymezení dlouhodobého majetku, způsoby oceňování a odpisování podle aktuální právní úpravy. Druhá část je věnována deskripci postupu pořízení vodárenských objektů a analýze účtování majetku ve vybrané společnosti. Je navržena změna v nastavení zahájení daňového odpisování majetku. Proveden výpočet variantního řešení včetně vyčíslení dopadů na daň z příjmů právnických osob. V závěru je doporučena změna v účetním odpisování dlouhodobého majetku.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is focused on accounting and tax impacts of asset depreciation of water supplying objects. In the first part there is a definition of fixed assets, ways of measuring and depreciation according to the current rules. The second part of the thesis is dedicated to the description of procedures while obtaining the water supplying objects and to analysis the accounting of the assets in the chosen company. There is a change suggested in the adjustment of the launching of tax depreciation of assets. A calculation of variable solution was performed including the calculation of impact on the income tax of legal persons. The conclusion contains a recommended change in the accounting depreciation of fixed assets.
