Interní komunikace a její problémy uvnitř organizace

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá problematikou interní komunikace uvnitř organizace. Pomocí nestrukturovaných rozhovorů a dotazníkového šetření byl proveden průzkum fungování interní komunikace uvnitř vybrané organizace. Provedeným průzkumem bylo zjištěno, že společnost je vedena více nadřízenými, a pracovníci, zejména pak sdílených služeb, mají problém s nejednotností systému, dále tento systém vyvolává rozdíly v informovanosti pracovníků v jednotlivých divizích. Na základě zjištěných údajů je možné porovnat efektivitu komunikace jednotlivých nadřízených a upozornit na nedostatky systému, které brání efektivní komunikaci. Výsledky této práce též potvrdily, že složitá organizační struktura znemožňuje komunikaci mezi organizačními jednotkami. Neexistence jednotících komunikačních pravidel pro standardní komunikační situace vede ke špatné informovanosti pracovníků, která je s každým hierarchickým stupněm ještě více rozředěna.

Abstract:

This thesis describes the issues of internal communication inside of an organization. Research was performed using unstructured conversations and questionnaires in order to reveal function or dysfunction of internal communication inside selected company. The research has revealed that the company is led by multiple superiors and employees, especially in shared services, have problem with disunity of system, furthermore this system causes differences in the level of information awareness of the employees in particular divisions. It is possible to compare effectiveness of each of the superiors and point out deficiencies which prevent effective communication. Results also confirmed that complicated organizational structure disallows effective communication between organizational units. Non-existence of unifying communication rules for standard communication situations leads to misinformation of employees, which is even more signification the higher up the hierarchy.
