Preparation of a business plan for expanding family business activities

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je věnována tématu otevření nové restaurace sloužící pro posezení ve středoasijském stylu. Jedná se o plán, který je relativně rizikový, avšak má veškeré předpoklady pro úspěch: novinka na místním trhu, zájem o kvalitní gastronomii, ekonomický růst v ČR, početná rusky mluvící komunita apod. V první části bakalářské práce bylo vytvořeno důkladné zhodnocení teoretických aspektů zvolené problematiky. Pozornost byla věnována podnikatelskému plánu, jednotlivým analýzám pro tvorbu podnikatelského záměru a zároveň i finančnímu plánu, stejně jako i pojednání o lidských zdrojích a marketingových aktivitách. V rámci vlastního výzkumu byla provedena analýza trhu – trh byl zkoumán jak z pohledu faktorů makroekonomických, tak i faktorů mikroekonomických. Analýza jednoznačně vypovídá o možnosti vstupu na zkoumaný trh a velkém potenciálu projektu. Cílem bakalářské práce je vytvořit podnikatelský plán pro podnik Lounge bar. Hlavní shrnutí finančních aspektů je následující: roční čistý zisk je ve výši 946 835 Kč, doba návratnosti vloženého kapitálu se pohybuje na úrovni čtyř let, čistá současná hodnota je rovna 1 850 856 Kč a vnitřní výnosové procento je ve výši 23,45 %.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is devoted to the theme of opening a new restaurant for sitting in the Central Asian style. This is a relatively risky plan, but it has all the prerequisites for success: a novelty on the local market, an interest in good gastronomy, economic growth in the Czech Republic, a large Russian speaking community etc. In the first part of the bachelor thesis, a thorough evaluation of the theoretical aspects of the chosen issue was made. Attention was paid to the business plan, the individual analyzes for the creation of the business plan and also the financial plan as well as the treatises on human resources and marketing activities. Within the framework of its own research, market analysis was carried out - the market was examined both in terms of macroeconomic factors and microeconomic factors. The analysis unambiguously suggests the possibility of entering the market under examination and the great potential of the project. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to create a business plan for the Lounge bar. The main summary of the financial aspects is as follows: the annual net profit is CZK 946,835, the payback period of the invested capital is at the level of four years, the net present value is CZK 1,850,856 and the internal rate of return is 23.45%.
