Bakalářská práce se věnuje spinální svalové atrofii (SMA) a jejímu vlivu na život rodiny a dítěte. V teoretické části je popsáno, jak se nemoc projevu, přenáší a diagnostikuje. Zabývá se dýchacími obtíži, které jsou spojené s tímto onemocněním. Abstract:
The bachelor's thesis presents spinal muscular atrophy (SMA) and its influenc on the life of the children and its family. It is described how the disease manifests, spreads and diagnoses in the thesis. It deals with the respiratory problems, which are connected with the SMA.
