Bakalářská práce se věnuje syndromu vyhoření všeobecných sester se specializací pro perioperační a pro intenzivní péči. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vymezení pojmu syndromu vyhoření, příčiny jeho vzniku, důsledky a jeho prevenci. Abstract:
The bachelor's thesis is focused on the general nurses' burnout syndrome, with a particular emphasis on perioperative and intensive care. The aim of the theoretical part is to define the concept of burnout syndrome, its causes, consequences and its prevention.
