Citizenship of the Czech Republic.
Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci, která je zaměřena na problematiku současné právní úpravy na úseku nabývání a pozbývání státního občanství České republiky, bylo snahou podchytit platnou zákonnou úpravu tohoto právního institutu současně s obecnou charakteristikou pojmu státního občanství a jeho mezinárodně právního rozměru.
Abstract:
The aim of this bachelor thesis, which deals with the current legislation of naturalisation and denaturalisation in the Czech Republic, is to present the valid legislation of this legal institution together with the general characteristics of the concept of citizenship and its international legal dimension.
