Bakalářská práce se věnuje oblasti pojistné smlouvy v mezinárodním měřítku, obchodním podmínkám INCOTERMS 2010 a doložkám Institute Cargo Clauses 2009. Bachelor thesis deals with the area of the insurance contract on an international scale, the commercial terms INCOTERMS 2010 and Institute Cargo Clauses 2009.
