Abstract:

Ischemická choroba srdeční (ICHS) je onemocnění, které je způsobeno nedostatečným prokrvením srdečního svalu. Můžeme ji zařadit k tzv. civilizačním chorobám, velmi úzce souvisí se způsobem života, nezanedbatelná je ale též dědičná predispozice. Ischemická choroba srdeční je nejčastější příčinou úmrtí v České republice (téměř třetina všech úmrtí). Včasná diagnostika, následná léčba a změna životního stylu může zřetelně snížit úmrtnost a snížit následné komplikace. Cíl práce: Cílem bakalářské práce bylo analyzovat informovanost pacientů, kterým bylo provedeno vyšetření SKG. Dle zjištěných výsledků následně vytvořit informační mapu. Metodika: Kvantitativní průzkum, nestandardizovaný dotazník, vlastní konstrukce. Závěr: Dostatečná informovanost o přípravě na vyšetření a následném režimu po provedeném vyšetření značně zkvalitňuje ošetřovatelskou péči a výrazně minimalizuje riziko včasných a pozdních komplikací

Abstract:

Introduction: Ischemic heart disease is a disease that is caused by insufficient blood supply to the heart muscle. It can be classified as a disease of civilization, it is closely related to lifestyle, but hereditary predisposition is also important. Ischaemic heart disease is the most common cause of death in the Czech Republic (almost one third of all deaths). Early diagnosis, subsequent treatment and lifestyle changes can clearly reduce mortality and subsequent complications. Aim of the study: The aim of the bachelor thesis was to analyze the awareness of patients who underwent SKG examination. Adequate information about the preparation for the examination and the follow-up regimen after the examination will greatly facilitate the nursing care after the procedure and significantly reduce possible complications. According to the findings, subsequently create an information map. Methodology: Methodology: Quantitative survey, non-standardized questionnaire, self-constructed. Conclusion: Adequate information about the preparation for the examination and the follow-up regime after the examination greatly improves the quality of nursing care and significantly minimizes the risk of early and late complications.
