Diplomová práce má za cíl vytvořit analýzy vybraných činností Českého svazu házené a Irish Olympic Handball Association a na jejich základě provést komparaci činností. V práci jsou analyzovány a následně srovnávány organizační struktury, členské základny, činnosti trenérů a rozhodčích, práce s mládeží, reprezentační činnost a financování svazů. The aim of thesis is to make analysis of activities of Czech handbal association and Irish Olympic Handball Association. Further the comparison is made on the basis of both analysis. In thesis we made analysis and comaprsion of organization structures, memberships, coaching and refereeing activities, youth activities, national teams, and financing of the federations.
