Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce je analýza systému řízení vybraného podniku. Pro tuto práci je předmětem analýzy podnik WIFCOM a.s., konkrétně středisko Rancherské speciality. V teoreticko-metodologické části je objasněna vybraná teorie a tím vysvětleny důležité pojmy a analýzy spojené se systémem řízení podniku. Poté jsou prezentovány výzkumné otázky, kterými se práce dále zabývá v aplikační části. V té je nejprve představen konkrétní podnik a jeho sortiment. Dále je proveden výzkum systému řízení vybraného podniku za využití znalostí získaných zpracováním teoretické části, sběrem dat, aplikováním vybraných analýz vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí podniku, jako je analýza 7S, SWOT analýza, IFE matice a vlastní praxe autora v podniku. K získání odpovědí na autorem stanovené výzkumné otázky je v této kapitole čerpáno především z vyhodnocení testu manažerských dovedností a z rozhovoru s ředitelem a současně majitelem podniku Josefem Houžvičkou, dále pak z dotazníkového šetření zpracovaného mezi řadovými zaměstnanci. Na základě všech prostudovaných odborných publikací, které jsou uvedeny v seznamu zdrojů, vlastní praxe autora v podniku a podkladů získaných formou realizace testu manažerského stylu, rozhovoru, dotazníků a analýz vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí podniku je následně proveden návrh na možné změny a opatření, které mohou přispět ke zkvalitnění systému řízení vybraného podniku.

Abstract:

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the analysis of the management system in a selected company. In this thesis it is the analysis of the company WIFCOM a.s., specifically the branch Rancherské speciality. The theoretical part clarifies the chosen theory, which also explains the important terms and analyses related to a management system in a company. The research questions, which this thesis works with later in the practical part, are presented after that. The first thing in the practical part is introducing the selected company and its range of products. Then follows research of the management system in this company with the use of the knowledge gained by preparing the theoretical part, the gathered data, by applying chosen analyses of internal and external environment of the company, such as the 7S McKinsey, SWOT analysis, the IFE matrix, and the author’s own experience from working in the company. Answers to the research questions in this chapter are primarily derived from assessing a test of managerial skills and from an interview with the director and owner of the company Josef Houžvička, and also from a questionnaire done with regular employees. A suggestion for possible changes and measures that could help improve the management of the selected company is created on the basis of all studied expert publications, which are listed in the sources, the author’s own experience with the company, and the materials gathered from the test of managerial skills, the interview, the questionnaire and the analyses of internal and external environment of the company a proposal is then made for possible changes and measures that could contribute to the improvement of the management system of the selected company.
